The Department of Management (DOM) is one of the main departments of the Faculty of Law and Management since its creation in 1992.The Department has fifteen full-time academic staff members and receive the support of an average of twenty part time staff from leading organisations in Mauritius.

The Department has links with a number of international business schools including the Newcastle Business School of the University of Northumbria (UK), the Malaysian Graduate School of Management of the University Putra Malaysia and INSCAE of Madagascar. The Department offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes including the MBA, the MSc Human Resource Studies, MSc E-Commerce and the MBA Bilingual. We work in close collaboration with the public and private sector in areas relating to research, consultancy and work placement.
