JURISTE JUNIOR
DROIT COMMERCIAL ET DES SOCIETES
Tâches principales :
- Mise en page, révision, édition et finalisation de documentation juridique complexe,
notamment des contrats et des mémoires déposés dans le cadre de procédures judiciaires ou
arbitrales, sur la base des instructions reçues du client ;
- Gestion de documents juridiques pour le compte de nos clients (analyse, tri, systématisation et
résumé de contrats, mémoires, courriers, etc.) ;
- Traduction de documents juridiques de l'anglais vers le français et du français vers l'anglais ;
- Rédaction de documents corporatifs et/ou de contrats standards (par exemple procès-verbaux
d'assemblées générales) ;
- Gestion de base de données en matière de propriété industrielle (marques) ;
- Audit (due diligence) dans le cadre de transactions de fusions et acquisitions ;
- Recherche juridique sur des questions de droit commercial, de droit des sociétés, de droit des
investissements étrangers et de droit du travail selon le droit de plusieurs pays.

Qualifications requises :
- Titulaire au minimum d'une licence en droit ou équivalent d'une université reconnue,
notamment à Maurice, en France ou au Royaume-Uni ;
- Maîtrise irréprochable du français à l'écrit et très bonne connaissance de l'anglais ;
- Goût du détail et de la précision dans l'expression écrite et orale; grande capacité de
concentration, rigueur et méticulosité dans le travail ;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapide, pour des clients qui

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The positions have been shaped to enable young talents to swiftly and effectively grasp the essence of an important player of capital markets, namely, an Exchange. 1. Trading & Surveillance Section Learn and apply the skills primarily related to:

2. Clearing & Settlement Section
Learn and apply the skills primarily related to:
- interacting with the Trading & Surveillance Section on matters related to enablement and disablement of member's trader workstation
- interacting with the Accounting & Finance Department for all types of funds transfer and payments by/to the members
- monitoring all activities of Clearing and Settlement including funds, settlement, margin and delivery
- anticipating the possibility of members defaulting in their pay in obligations and escalating matters to the relevant senior management
- effectively handling defaults by members in a seamless manner ensuring that the settlement process is effected without any delay

Qualifications
- B Comm Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- ACCA partly qualified
- 1-2 years general accounting experience
- Sound knowledge of general accounting and IFRS
- Good interpretation of financial statements
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Auditing experience will be an advantage

Disposant d’un
- Diplôme en informatique,
- Maitrisant les langes suivants: PHP5, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascipt, Ajax.... Connaisse également la base de données MySQL.
- Fortement autonome, ambitieux, dynamique, et a le goût du challenge
