ACCOMMODATION FOR THE 20 th ICCE

 

A number of hotels in terms of standards and price ranges have been booked for the conference. The hotels are conveniently located near the conference venue and they are all found within a range of 5 km. There will be free shuttles between hotels and conference venue during the conference days and the time table for the shuttles will be communicated later.

In order that the Organising Committee can book accommodation, the accommodation reservation form must be filled and payment must be settled. The deadline for full payment for accommodation depends on the hotel chosen and any extra charges must be settled with the hotel.

Transfer from airport to hotel and return are also available. The costs are US$ 30 (one way) and US$ 50 (two ways) per person. Transfers may be booked using the accommodation reservation form.

In case of cancellation or change in accommodation, charges will apply and again this depends on the hotel chosen.

It is advisable to book accommodation as early as possible and the deadline for booking accommodation depends on the hotel chosen.
