(5) Age limit for young chemist is 35 years.

(9) IUPAC affiliates are eligible for 10% discount. IUPAC Statement: IUPAC sponsorship implies that entry visas will be granted to all bona fide chemists, provided that an application is made at least three months in advance. If a visa is not granted one month before the meeting, the IUPAC Secretariat should be notified without delay by the applicant.

(10) Some participants (maximum ten) may be sponsored (waiving of registration fees and providing low cost accommodation) depending on availability of funds. Application is now closed.

(11) There will be 50% refund for cancellation before 1st June 2008 but there will no refund after this date.

(12) The Organising Committee assumes no liability for participants' personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance. Refund will be made after conference.
