Candidates should (i) be holders of a Teacher's Diploma in the relevant field of study from the Mauritius Institute of Education. (ii) satisfy the University of Mauritius General Entry Requirements for degree programmes. Mature candidates (holders of MIE Teacher's Diploma) who do not possess the General Entry Requirements may also apply. (Please refer to section 1.6 of the 'General Information to Students' handbook 2011/2012 for criteria of eligibility). Note: (i) Seniority in the relevant fields of study will be the determining criterion for selection. (ii) Qualifications obtained after the closing date will not be considered.
