TEC RESEARCH SUPPORT SCHEMES

The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) sponsors the following schemes, administered by the University of Mauritius, for candidates wishing to register to read for an MPhil/PhD or undertake postdoctoral research at the University:

(i) Postgraduate Scholarship and Fellowship
(ii) Bursary

FIELD

Normally a field in which research expertise and facilities are available at the University of Mauritius.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to Mauritian citizens by birth or naturalization. Candidates must, by the time of applying for any one of the three schemes, hold at least and Upper Second Class Honours degree. Each candidate should submit a research proposal to the Admissions and Student Records Office by the closing date.

Late applications will not be considered.
