ACCOMMODATION FOR THE SYMPOSIUM

 

We have negociated preferential rates for delegates residing at the Hotel where the symposium will be held. However, there are a number of hotels varying in terms of standards and price ranges which are also available in the vicinity of the venue are found within a range of 5 km.

In case of cancellation or change in accommodation, charges will apply and again this depends on the hotel chosen.
It is advisable to book accommodation as early as possible and the deadline for booking accommodation depends on the hotel chosen.
If you have any queries (such as children accommodation, extra person, early check in, late check out, specific request), do not hesitate to contact the hotels or the secretariat.
