With regards to the above special fare, kindly note that:

- The special fare excludes all taxes and surcharges
- These fares will be available from Air Mauritius offices only.

 

Note	:- Discount allowed on all fares except promotional fares and discounted fares e.g. CD / SD / ZZ
	- All amounts after discount are net and valid for return travel on MK. Code-share flights operated by MD or SA excluded
	- Bookings to be made as per class availability, combination allowed between all classes on 1/2 RT basis. Fares only valid on scheduled flights.
	- Tickets to be issued automatically on MK docs by MK offices and to be endorsed valid MK only - Non Ref / Non Rer / Non End. The fares after discount will be published in 'nego' and fare basis will be 'rbd'CONF, e.g for booking in V Class VCONF
	- Copy of 'evidence of registration' to the event to be made available. Same fares are valid for accompanying spouse or companion.
	- Outbound travel allowed 5 days prior event and inbound travel 5 days after event.
	- Above fares exclude all taxes / surcharges
	- Cancellation before departure - 25 % of fare paid, after departure - No Refund. Rebooking will be allowed free of charge in the same class and within travel validity.
