Dr Chen Jing (Amity) and Ms Zhang Yepin, joined CI-UoM in April 2017 as full-time Chinese teachers. Dr Chen is lecturer of Comparative Literature and World Literature, Shi Liangcai Journalism and Communication School, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and Ms Zhang Yepin is Chinese Teacher at Zhejiang University of Technology, China.
Both teachers were very dedicated to the teaching of Mandarin language to students and staff of UoM over the two years. They participated actively in all activities organized by the Institute and were very much appreciated by the students and staff for their warmth, enthusiasm and dedication.
The staff who are CI-UoM students organized a farewell lunch and recited poems on the occasion. The teachers were deeply touched by the show of gratitude of the staff.
CI-UoM wish them well, a safe trip back home and a good continuation in their career in China.
