The Faculty of Agriculture at the UoM in collaboration with F.A.L.C.O.N Association is organising a three day Workshop on HACCP for small and medium food enterprises (SME)to help them understand and implement food safety measures effectively.
The objective of this workshop is to support the food SMEs in meeting regulatory requirements, improving their processes and ultimately enhancing the overall safety and quality of their products.
The workshop is being offered free of charge to Small and Medium Food enterprises. Limited seats are available.

The criteria for selection are:
- The course will be delivered in English. A good understanding of English is essential;
- This course is open to those who have not previously benefited from a HACCP training;
- Participants should be from food enterprises in operation;
- Attendees should be present for all the sessions to qualify for a certificate of participation
